TAPS@PH’EAST Snags Last Space at The Battery Atlanta

Truck and Tap’s new bar concept will operate as a vendor inside Asian-themed PH’EAST.

TAPS@PH’EAST is coming to The Battery Atlanta in late-summer 2019. The new bar concept will operate as a vendor inside the forthcoming Asian-themed PH’EAST food hall.

TAPS@PH’EAST will feature more than 30 libations on tap including beer, wine, cocktails, and sake. Guests will be able to eat and drink at the Taps bar, throughout the hall’s shared seating, or under the 1,500-square-foot covered patio.

TAPS@PH’EAST is from Cliff Crider, Mitch Jaffe, and Zach Yurchuck, the founders of Truck and Tap.

The restaurant group’s original concept couples craft beer, wine, and spirits with a constant rotation of chef-driven food trucks.

Existing Truck and Tap outposts are in Alpharetta, Duluth, and Woodstock.
The 5,000-square-foot PH’EAST food hall will offer a mix of vendors serving cuisine from Japan, Laos, Korea, China, and Vietnam.

PH’EAST was derived from a partnership between Mitch Jaffe, CEO of Prep, and David Smith, managing director of Trowbridge Partners.
Snackboxe Bistro, Poke Burri, Lifting Noodles Ramen, and Kung Fu Tea, are the food hall’s other tenants.

The hall will be located at the corner of Battery Avenue and Heritage Court.

Having a beer and spirits vendor like TAPS@PH’EAST is a common theme in food halls.

Krog Street Market has Hop City and Ponce City Market has The Tap on Ponce.
